📋 Description

• Provide technical support for computer systems, software, and hardware
• Respond promptly to queries in-person or via email
• Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software
• Run diagnostic programs to identify and resolve problems
• Maintain the performance of computer systems
• Resolve problems with LAN and WiFi networks

🎯 Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in Information Science, IT, MIS, or related field
• GPA above 3.4
• Part-time/summer job/internship experience is a must
• Customer service experience in any industry
• Experience in tech support or IT Help Desk-related work
• Solid understanding of Windows OS
