• Mentor a Team of Writers/Editors: Mentor a team of 12+ copywriters/editors, provide regular

• Manage team workloads, track deadlines, and ensure the team is set up for success.
• Hold regular 1-on-1 check-ins with writers/editors and lead performance and career development
• Identify individual strengths and areas for growth, supporting team members in setting and
• Extend culture and connection to every team member, whether on-site or remote.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (all majors welcome) with GPA 3.4 or above (upcoming grads encouraged).
• Prior work experience in any field (part-time, summer job, internship, etc.).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical and research skills.
• Digital marketing experience (bonus).
• Blogging or copywriting experience (bonus).
