Jr. Sales Associate

📋 Description

• Research target industries, identify potential leads, and initiate contact through phone, email
• Conduct timely and professional follow-ups with prospects, maintaining consistent communication to
• Assist with pipeline management, partnership outreach, and other business development projects that
• Accurately record outreach activities, client interactions, and updates in the CRM system to ensure
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and service summaries that clearly communicate value
• Work closely with the Marketing and Client Service teams to align outreach efforts with campaigns

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in sales support, client relations, or business development
• Strong interest in professional services, accounting, and financial consulting. Prior knowledge and
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Turkish (English is used daily). All interviews
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Tech-savvy, with familiarity in CRM systems and MS Office tools (experience with ERP/CRM platforms
