Jr Support Assistant

📋 Description

• Manage the full lifecycle of purchase orders, from creation and follow-up through balance
• Validate supplier invoices, checking amounts and supporting information to maintain financial
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies by working directly with external logistics providers
• Coordinate critical communications with logistics partners, clarify expectations, and help maintain
• Analyze operational and financial data to identify inconsistencies, trends, and opportunities for
• Prepare and maintain reports that provide visibility into purchasing, invoicing, and operational

🎯 Requirements

• University degree completed or in progress in Business Administration or a related field.
• Advanced Spanish proficiency, with language skills assessed during the interview process.
• English proficiency is considered an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills, particularly for reviewing financial information, identifying invoice
