Manage customer billing and cash applications to ensure accurate AR records.
Respond to inquiries on invoices, statements, payment status, and remittance details.
Support collections by following up on accounts, resolving disputes, and escalating high-risk
Monitor invoice activity across platforms (Ariba, Coupa, Taulia) for timely resolution.
Assist month-end close with cash postings and reconciliations to maintain clean AR.
Prepare AR reports, aging analyses, and collection status updates.

🎯 Requirements

2+ years in Accounts Receivable, Billing, or Collections.
Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and platforms like Ariba, Coupa, Taulia.
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis).
Attention to detail, organizational skills, ability to handle multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Sales, Operations.
