Junior Accountant (Santa Catarina, Mexico)

📋 Description

• Direct tracking, validation, and documentation for tech capex.
• Primary contact for detailed financial reporting to Japan HQ.
• Build and maintain financial models, projections, and forecasts.
• Lead monthly and quarterly analysis with variance vs budget/forecast.
• Support month-end close, reconciliations, and results review.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, and Marketing on cost savings and growth.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 1–3 years relevant FP&A, corporate finance, or analytical experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Advanced Excel capability, including modeling, formulas, and pivot tables.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Clear communication of financial information to finance and non-finance audiences; ability to manage competing priorities.
