📋 Description

Conduct environmental impact assessments for hydropower projects
Support aquatic biodiversity field surveys in rivers and reservoirs
Assist with species ID, data management, and literature reviews
Contribute to biodiversity sections of ESIA and management plans
Assist in technical reports, data analysis, and presentations
Liaise with local counterparts and ensure safety protocols

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in biology, ecology, or related field (required)
Master's degree or PhD preferred
Experience in aquatic ecology assessments
Knowledge of ecology and conservation
Lao language and English working proficiency
Willingness to travel and undertake fieldwork
