Junior Associate Attorney, Workers' Compensation (Remote)

📋 Description

• Manage a docket of cases to resolution.
• Prepare client for deposition.
• Attend depositions.
• Invoicing depositions.
• Respond to client inquiries to move matters toward resolution.
• Respond to emails and phone calls.
• Provide direction to non-attorneys.
• Team player: lead non-attorneys by example.
• Participate in team events during and after work hours.
• Provide feedback to management to improve client service.

🎯 Requirements

• Fast-paced work environment
• Doctors' deposition experience (preferred)
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Candidates must be in good standing with the California State Bar
