Junior Associate - Capital Markets

📋 Description

• Support construction, bridge, mezzanine, and development financing.
• Coordinate lender due diligence and closing data rooms.
• Review loan terms, pricing, leverage, reserves, and covenants.
• Track financing timelines and identify risks.
• Build and maintain project underwriting and capital models.
• Prepare exec summaries and lender memos.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in finance, real estate, investment banking, private credit, development, or related fields.
• Strong Google Sheets, G-Suite and financial modeling skills.
• Knowledge of LTC, LTV, DSCR, cash-to-close, interest reserves, and capital stacks.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and initiative without constant oversight.
