Junior Attorney / Paralegal, Sales Contracts

📋 Description

• Own full-cycle drafting, review, and negotiation of sales contracts — MSAs, SOWs, Order Forms
• Manage a high-volume contract pipeline against defined SLAs, prioritizing and triaging based on
• Redline incoming customer paper against Boostlingo's playbook and fallback positions, flagging
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Sales and customers on contract terms, driving
• Identify contractual blockers early and proactively propose alternative language or structures that
• Know when to hold a position, when to compromise, and when to escalate — exercising sound judgment

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. or paralegal certification/degree, with 1–4 years of relevant contract drafting and
• Demonstrated experience managing a high volume of commercial contracts in a fast-paced
• Extraordinary attention to detail — you catch what others miss, every time.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to explain legal terms in plain language to
• A pragmatic, creative problem-solver who can find acceptable middle ground rather than getting
• Comfort operating with ambiguity and competing priorities, and confidence making judgment calls
