Junior Backend Engineer - Care

📋 Description

• Collaborate in a squad to design and deliver Phoenix back-office.
• Contribute to a unified backoffice for CRM actions.
• Work with 3 backend and 1 frontend engineers and CRT for integration.
• Drive full product lifecycle from concept to deployment.
• Ensure customer relations agents operate seamlessly.
• Coordinate with Product Managers across teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Java and frameworks: Spring, Spring Boot, JUnit, Mockito.
• Service-oriented architecture and design patterns.
• Open to modern tools; AI coding assistants a plus.
• Curious to learn frontend with React and TypeScript.
• Some knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and Datadog is a plus.
• Strong communication and ability to work with non-technical stakeholders.
• Team player with collaborative mindset and adaptability.
• Fluent in English.
