📋 Description

• Lead the team to ensure that daily responsibilities and assigned tasks are complete and maintained
• Train and support the ongoing development of new hires, assuring the necessary tools and
• Exert strong team building skills through goal setting, motivation, and follow-up to reach those
• Exceed and meet departmental objectives, including conversion targets and lead generation, and

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 1–2 years of work experience in sales and customer service, along with strong knowledge
• Good supervisory and strong communication skills, with the ability to coach, motivate, and interact
