Junior Brand Designer

📋 Description

• Execute high-quality design deliverables across marketing initiatives with focus on speed, consistency, and attention to detail
• Work within Peerspace's brand standards, voice, and visual system to ensure cohesion across all touchpoints
• Collaborate with marketing managers and other designers and internal stakeholders by incorporating feedback efficiently and communicating clearly about your work
• Stay current on design trends, emerging tools, and best practices in branding, marketing, and digital design
• Manage your own deadlines and workload in a fast-paced, fully remote environment
• Maintain organized files and design assets for use across the marketing team

🎯 Requirements

• BFA degree in Design, Art or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in a marketing, brand, or visual design role
• A portfolio demonstrating clean, production-quality work across digital formats, especially email and social
• Proficiency in Figma, with working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Curious about AI in design and tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Nano, Flux, Freepik Runway, Figma, etc., and proactive interest experimenting with other emerging technologies
• Strong layout, typography, and color skills; highly organized and deadline-driven
