Junior Business Development Associate (Entry Level)

📋 Description

• Build and maintain a healthy base of leads through research and networks.
• Reach out to senior decision makers in fundraising/charity with a strong value proposition.
• Use multi-channel outreach – email, social, ads, and cold calling.
• Work with the sales team across the sales cycle to optimize closings.
• Record sales activities in HubSpot CRM and provide CRM analysis.
• Provide weekly status reports on prospects and leads.

🎯 Requirements

• Enthusiasm for cold-calling, networking, and establishing new relationships.
• 2+ years sales and business development experience.
• Experience selling SaaS-based software; CRM knowledge.
• Avid user of digital technologies, mobile, social media and web-based software.
• Post-secondary degree or diploma (marketing/communications/business or tech preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to explain tech concepts to non-technical audiences.
