📋 Description

• Build your daily travel plan and use route optimisation tools to hit every farm efficiently
• Hit the road, driving between farms
• Manage collar stock on customer farms, making sure levels are accurate and nothing slips through
• Pack and dispatch urgent spare collars to farms that need them fast
• Ship collars back to AKL HQ and keep logistics running smoothly
• Conduct hardware audits and trials on customer farms.

🎯 Requirements

• Full clean NZ Class 1 driver's license, non-negotiable - you'll be clocking serious km's
• On-farm experience (bonus points if you've worked with either beef or dairy cows)
• A communicator who leaves farmers feeling good about Halter - your interactions matter!
• Physically fit and up for the manual side of the work
• Reliable, punctual, and someone who takes ownership, if you say you'll be there, you're there
• A strong work ethic with a track record to back it up
