Junior Compliance Officer

📋 Description

• Develop and implement the compliance programme
• Advise on interpretation of new and existing financial regulations
• Conduct regulatory impact assessments for proposed changes
• Draft and review internal policies, procedures, and controls
• Act as primary liaison with regulators and central banks
• Deliver training and foster a culture of compliance

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in a relevant field (e.g., Law)
• Native or professional fluency in English and Lithuanian
• 2 years of experience in Banking, Fintech, Legal, or Compliance
• Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace for data management and reporting
• Independent, proactive team player able to challenge senior management when needed
