Junior Compliance Officer

📋 Description

• Build, maintain, and optimize legal rules within the compliance platform to support automated
• Analyze labour law, employment law, corporate or wage tax, social security, and data protection
• Translate complex regulatory requirements into clear, structured, and executable decision logic.
• Audit existing compliance rules and refine them for accuracy, simplicity, and appropriate
• Monitor international regulatory developments and identify changes that require updates to existing
• Ensure regulatory logic remains current, accurate, and aligned with its underlying legal sources.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant legal experience, ideally in labour law, corporate or wage tax, social
• Strong legal traineeship experience may also be considered.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• German language skills are a strong plus.
• Strong attention to detail and a zero-tolerance approach to inaccuracies.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
