🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience (e.g., as junior corporate recruiter or in executive
• Energy from approaching and connecting with top candidates for sustainable matches
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to advise as talent advisor
• Good overview, prioritization, and forward thinking
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Result-oriented without losing sight of the candidate
