• Translate briefs into clear direction for Designers and Editors.
• Learn and apply best practices for short-form video assets.
• Scope, schedule, and traffic projects from kickoff to delivery.
• Develop pitches, treatments, and proposals with the senior team.
• Support QA reviews to ensure deliverables meet specs and standards.
• Build comfort with copywriting and script formatting.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in creative production or related role.
• Hands-on experience with Asana and managing workflows.
• Portfolio or work samples required. Internship/freelance work welcome.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with short-form content and social platforms.
• 4-year degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
