📋 Description

• Guide customers through onboarding, implementing EDR and security controls
• Assess security questions and map Eye resources to needs
• Deliver periodic security reviews with tailored advice
• Collaborate with Cyber Security, Product, Engineering, and Ops teams to solve challenges
• Identify operational improvements and stronger customer relationships
• Learn from colleagues and own defined deliverables; support second-line

🎯 Requirements

• Basic understanding of SMB IT networks and Active Directory
• Strong problem-solving and proactive, initiative-driven attitude
• Strong at working with customers and explain security concepts in accessible terms
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Curiosity and willingness to learn across different areas of security
• Fluency in German and English; other European languages are a bonus
