Junior Data Analyst

📋 Description

• Design, develop, maintain, and optimize interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Create and maintain Workday reporting solutions, including Advanced Reports, Matrix Reports
• Partner with HR and Talent Acquisition teams to use Workday reporting capabilities for hiring
• Develop and optimize basic to intermediate DAX queries to support data modeling and reporting.
• Analyze recruitment and HR data, including hiring metrics, recruitment funnel performance
• Build and maintain weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc MIS reports for leadership and business reviews.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, MIS, reporting, business intelligence, or a related role.
• Hands-on expertise with Power BI, which is mandatory for the position.
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in DAX for data modeling, calculations, and reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, formulas, data cleansing, and
• Practical experience with Workday Reporting, including Advanced Reports, Matrix Reports, Composite
• Experience extracting, validating, and analyzing data from Workday HCM.
