Junior Deal Desk Analyst, EMEA

📋 Description

• Support Fivetran’s International Deal Desk team in helping sellers move deals forward accurately
• Coordinate with teams such as Sales Operations, Finance, Product, Sales Leadership, and Legal to
• Learn to support Enterprise deals with multiple stakeholders, escalating complex or nonstandard
• Build knowledge of deal structures and develop the ability to guide Account Executives and Sales
• Work with Finance and Legal, under the guidance of experienced colleagues, to support contract
• Learn to manage quote and contract approval workflows for pricing, discounts, and special terms

• Clear, professional communication and a customer-focused approach when working with sellers and
• Good organization and time management, with the ability to track requests, manage competing
• A collaborative working style and the confidence to ask questions, follow established processes
• Curiosity and a willingness to learn about deal structures, quoting, contracting, and the needs of
• Comfort working with business systems and spreadsheets; experience with Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ
