📋 Description

• Supporting feasibility studies and project design.
• Assisting with planning and permitting processes.
• Participating in contractor selection and procurement activities.
• Conducting technical due diligence on potential acquisition opportunities.
• Contributing to the delivery and completion of development projects.
• Identifying and evaluating new development opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• A university degree.
• A technical background (Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Construction Engineering
• A strong interest in real estate and property development.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to make things happen.
• Strong analytical skills and a passion for solving complex challenges.
• A positive, proactive and solution-oriented attitude.
