Junior Digital Marketing Manager – Programmatic Trader

📋 Description

• Take ownership of programmatic campaigns from day one, managing and optimizing them for success.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients in programmatic advertising.
• Develop senior-level relationships with key client operational teams, taking full responsibility
• Consult with clients on the best programmatic strategies, leveraging your knowledge of DSP
• Collaborate closely with our Client Partner team to provide deep programmatic expertise and enhance
• Educate clients about emerging programmatic opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with programmatic trading on the demand side – DSP experience is
• Experience in client-facing positions, with strong communication skills to effectively engage with
• Expertise in programmatic campaign strategy and conversion optimisation, with a deep understanding
• Strong knowledge of Supply Management, ad tracking technologies, ad servers, and conversion
• An analytical mindset with the ability to rationalise and explain decisions using data and
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken); German preferrable; additional
