📋 Description

• Support delivery of ~350 early careers hires within timelines.
• Assist planning and delivering attraction events across the UK.
• Screen applications and conduct digital interviews.
• Coordinate virtual and in-person assessment centres.
• Manage candidate queries throughout recruitment lifecycle.
• Deliver candidate offer calls and feedback discussions.

🎯 Requirements

• BPSS clearance required.
• UK passport holder required.
• Some experience in Talent Acquisition with interest in early careers.
• Experience supporting high-volume recruitment desirable.
• Strong time management and prioritisation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to engage stakeholders.
