Junior Engineer

📋 Description

• Embrace an AI-assisted approach to software development, using GAI tools across all stages of the
• Learn and adopt team-standard GAI workflows and tools
• Produce clean, readable code that follows team standards and best practices
• Implement well-defined features or sub-components under the guidance of senior engineers
• Write unit tests to verify functionality and support code quality
• Identify and fix bugs prior to feature delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Familiarity with or enthusiasm for AI-assisted coding tools (e.g. Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude
• 0–2 years of experience with software development; internship, academic projects, or personal
• Foundational knowledge of Object Oriented Programming concepts
• Basic experience with web programming (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or a backend language)
• Exposure to version control using Git
• Familiarity with unit testing concepts or frameworks
