Junior Event Manager

📋 Description

• Take part in the full event lifecycle — from the first spark of an idea to the post-event debrief
• Help make sure Solidgate shows up well at conferences, partner gatherings, and industry events in
• Scout venues, stay in touch with vendors, and keep an eye on quality — because "good enough" isn't
• Lead merch production end-to-end: design briefs, contractors, budgets
• Build welcome kits and gift sets that land well — practical, personal, and worth receiving
• Create merch that makes people ask where'd you get that

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience organizing events for students, youth centers, or volunteer initiatives — no
• English Upper-Intermediate or above — you'll be talking directly with foreign partners
• You've organized events abroad (exchange, volunteering, internships) and figured things out
• You can plan and manage a small event budget without losing track of the numbers
• You know what good design looks like and can turn that into a brief a designer wants to work with
• You know how to come up with merch and gifts people genuinely want to keep — or you're eager to
