Support Exec Producer and PM in end-to-end Fever event production
Oversee Candlelight concerts across markets to ensure standards
Manage agencies, budgets, contracts, and proposals
Monitor performance; drive cost efficiency and scalability
Track quotes, invoices, and P&L; monthly closings
Travel occasionally for venue assessments and audits

🎯 Requirements

0-2 years in event production or related field
Experience managing external vendors, budgets and contracts
Strong financial/analytical skills with budgeting & reporting
Experience with standardization, scalability, continuous improvement
Understanding of live event production and tech requirements
Fluent in English and French; Dutch a plus
