Junior Event Producer

📋 Description

• Manage all aspects of event production for assigned projects, incl pre-prod to post-event.
• Support Fever Originals in developing new events and formats.
• Create production timelines and ensure teams stay on schedule.
• Assess and manage budgets with Associate Producers and Project Managers.
• Communicate with internal teams, vendors, venues, and partners.
• Research new vendors, technologies, experiences; help secure venues.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in live event production, theater, stage management, experiential events, or a related field.
• English fluent; additional Dutch/Swedish/Finnish/Danish/Norwegian a plus.
• Highly organized; able to manage multiple projects.
• Hands-on, solution-focused; enjoys creative problem solving.
• Baseline understanding of technical production requirements.
• Curious, eager to learn; comfortable in ambiguous fast-paced env.
