• Manage all aspects of event production from pre-prod to post-event.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year in live event production or related field.
• Fluent in English; other Northern European languages a plus.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Hands-on, solution-focused mindset.
• Baseline understanding of technical production requirements.
• Clear communicator with partners, vendors, and internal teams.
