Junior Facilities Planner

📋 Description

• Support development and update of installation master plans and area development plans
• Analyze land use, facility utilization, transportation, utilities, and constraints
• Collect, organize, and analyze planning data for facility studies
• Prepare technical reports, maps, and presentations with senior planners
• Ensure planning products comply with UFC and federal guidance
• Facilitate and lead planning charrettes and workshops

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning or related field
• 0–3 years of experience in facilities/urban planning
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team while managing multiple tasks
• Must hold or obtain DoD Secret-level clearance
