Junior Financial Analyst

📋 Description

• Support month-end and year-end close activities, ensuring financial data accuracy and compliance
• Ensure adherence to local statutory, regulatory, and compliance requirements
• Maintain selected balance sheet accounts, including reconciliations, analysis, and resolution of
• Help prepare forecasts and financial plans
• Prepare regular and ad hoc financial and management reports to support business decision-making
• Support the planning and control of annual budgets within the assigned region or function

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Reporting, Audit, or a related area
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience with financial statements and accounting principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial systems; fluency in English
