Junior FP&A Analyst

📋 Description

• Support monthly close with reports and deliverables
• Analyze income statement, balance sheet, and cash flows for key drivers
• Prepare variance analyses comparing actuals to forecasts
• Collaborate with Accounting to ensure accurate financial data
• Partner with teams to incorporate initiatives into budgets/forecasts
• Improve recurring reports and automate processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 2-4 years in FP&A, accounting, or similar role
• Strong understanding of accounting principles
• Experience with financial modeling, including three-statement models (preferred)
• Experience with Netsuite or similar enterprise software (preferred)
• SQL experience a plus
