Junior FX Structurer

📋 Description

• Office based in Mexico City: 5 days a week
• FX Structurer responsible for providing suited FX solutions to clients across the EEA
• Collaborate with front office teams, FX dealing, and FX sales to deliver FX products
• Develop market-driven trade ideas and pricing/structure approaches for FX derivatives
• Execute complex FX hedges with accuracy and regulatory compliance
• Transfer knowledge through training sessions and maintain market awareness

🎯 Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Quantitative background (MSc/BA in finance, econometrics, etc.)
• Deep understanding of FX markets (Spot, Swaps, NDFs, Options)
• Advanced modelling and risk management skills; proficiency in Excel; Python beneficial
• Excellent communication in English and local language; Spanish fluency preferred
• Driven, proactive, and able to learn quickly in fast-paced FX market
