🎯 Requirements

• Up to 6 months hands-on design experience or completed graphic design courses with portfolio.
• Strong design fundamentals: composition, color theory, typography, visual hierarchy.
• Proficient in Figma or Adobe CC (Photoshop/Illustrator).
• AI enthusiast; actively use or follow AI tools daily.
• Proactive, energetic, and open-minded; bring fresh ideas.
• Plus: Experience in RnD/Marketing design or basic understanding of performance ads (hooks/CTAs).
