Junior Graphic Designer

📋 Description

• Design visuals across web, social, presentations, print, and event collateral.
• Collaborate with content and marketing to align visuals with goals.
• Manage multiple projects with high quality, under tight deadlines.
• Stay current on design trends and AI tools to keep output fresh.
• Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
• Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with external vendors.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience designing digital and print marketing assets
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign), Canva, Figma, and MS Office
• Familiarity with Slack, Asana, or Monday.com
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to take direction and feedback
