Junior Help Desk Intern (Summer 2027)

📋 Description

• Serve as a first point of contact for help desk requests, responding to tickets and walking
• Set up, image, and deploy laptops, accounts, and peripherals for new and existing employees
• Troubleshoot common hardware, software, printing, conferencing, and connectivity issues
• Help maintain IT inventory and asset records, and keep documentation and how-to guides up to date
• Escalate more complex issues to senior IT staff and learn from how they are resolved

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or program in IT, computer science, or a related
• Basic understanding of Windows and/or macOS and common productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace
• Strong communication and customer-service skills, and patience helping non-technical users
• Well-organized, reliable, and eager to learn
• Able to work full-time and on-site in Mountain View, CA
