Junior Incident and Investigations Specialist

📋 Description

• Lead rapid investigations into critical incidents, incl. safety threats.
• Use internal tools, data analysis, and OSINT to gather evidence.
• Serve as primary contact for leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Document investigations thoroughly and timely.
• Lead cross-functional incident response and real-time updates.
• Develop, test, and maintain incident playbooks.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required, or 1 year relevant investigations experience.
• Experience managing high-pressure, sensitive investigations.
• Excellent written and verbal comms to exec and non-technical partners.
• Proficient with data analysis, dashboards, and investigation tools.
• Familiarity with online safety and high-severity content preferred.
• Strong PM skills and ability to build processes from scratch.
