Junior Insight Analyst

📋 Description

• Analyze sales and consumer data to uncover actionable insights.
• Summarize findings in tables, charts, and presentations with ownership.
• Build partnerships with stakeholders and support WE-based client solutions.
• Support other team members during client meetings and presentations.
• Understand clients’ business priorities and align analyses accordingly.
• Coordinate analytical pipelines and manage stakeholder expectations.

🎯 Requirements

• University degree or finalizing education in Business/Marketing/Economics/Statistics or related field.
• An aptitude and aspirations to build trust and relationships with internal stakeholders, and to develop presentation and storytelling skills.
• Any previous working experience with Tech & Durable, Retail, or market research industry, as well as knowledge of Nielsen IQ/GfK data and systems would be considered a big advantage.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent communication in English - verbal and written (at least C1 level).
