Entering and processing electronic invoices received via email in IT.Capture
Working with templates in IT.Capture, including adding new vendors and correcting errors
Contacting external companies to increase the number of electronic invoices
Collaborating to improve internal invoice circulation

🎯 Requirements

English at B2 level
Polish at B2 level
Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
Experience in a similar position (internships/apprenticeships) is welcome
Knowledge of SAP or other financial/accounting systems is a plus
