Junior Invoicing Specialist (Parental Leave Cover – 12 Months)

📋 Description

• Control and manage the revenue and accounting lifecycle for campaigns in our systems.
• Ensure accurate setup, tracking, and maintenance of campaigns, contracts, purchase orders, and
• Support and continuously enhance the monthly billing and invoicing process, ensuring the accuracy
• Serve as the central link and maintain regular communication with the Campaigns team to keep up
• Communicate directly with clients to assist with billing inquiries, invoice-related questions, and
• Support accounts receivable and monthly closing activities, including revenue recognition, payment

🎯 Requirements

• Good command of spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets) and a strong interest in invoicing, finance
• Understanding of general accounting and basic knowledge of revenue recognition (knowledge of DATEV
