📋 Description

  • Own L1/L2 IT support via Jira Service Desk and triage tickets
  • Run onboarding and offboarding across our locations
  • Administer Google Workspace: users, groups, permissions, security
  • Manage device fleet with Jamf, Intune and Landscape across macOS/Windows/Linux
  • Troubleshoot basic network issues on Vienna UniFi setup
  • Keep Confluence documentation up to date

🎯 Requirements

  • 2–5 years hands-on IT support in distributed or multi-country setups
  • Google Workspace admin experience
  • MDM experience: Jamf or Intune; fleet policy mindset
  • DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting
  • Jira Service Desk or similar ticketing system; strong comms
  • Fluent English; German is a plus
