Junior IT Support Specialist

📋 Description

• Provide high-touch IT support to local and remote employees (Mac & Windows)
• Maintain and assist with office tech (printers, Zoom Rooms, room schedulers, Wi-Fi)
• Onboard/offboard employees; lead new hire orientations and provisioning hardware, accounts, access
• Manage laptop lifecycle logistics: provisioning, shipping, receiving, asset tracking
• Operate cloud services (Google Workspace, Azure AD/M365, Slack, Okta, Jira, Zoom, etc.)
• Partner with Workplace on desk deployments, office changes; coordinate with InfoSec on device compliance

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year IT support preferred; CS/IT degree or certifications encouraged
• Onsite 5 days/week in SOMA SF; lift/move equipment up to 50 lbs
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm for building new processes and policies
• Uses AI tools to speed up support, scripting, and documentation
