Junior Legal Counsel

📋 Description

• Partner with front office, corporate development, product and other teams to resolve day-to-day
• Act as company secretary for a portfolio of Ebury subsidiaries, preparing board packs and agendas
• Own and run the group's quarterly governance cycle, ensuring meetings, approvals and filings are
• Prepare and manage the execution of corporate documents, including written resolutions, powers of
• Manage the filing of annual returns, financial statements and other mandatory corporate documents
• Maintain accurate corporate records for Group entities, including statutory registers

🎯 Requirements

• Complete fluency in English (C1 or C2).
• A legal qualification in a jurisdiction where Ebury has a significant presence is desirable but not
• A proactive mindset and an ability to communicate effectively in practical terms with stakeholders
• At least 2 -3 years of post qualification experience either in private practice, in-house or at a
• Curiosity and a willingness to broaden your expertise beyond governance into other areas of law
• An ability in a fast paced environment to prioritise and manage a wide range of competing
