Junior Legal Counsel - Commercial

📋 Description

• Support TRM’s GTM with commercial agreements (NDAs, amendments, customer agreements, SOWs).
• Review, draft, and negotiate vendor agreements; optimize procurement.
• Lead AI tool initiatives; improve legal workflows and reduce admin tasks.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience supporting a fast-paced sales function and cross-functional teams.
• Experience negotiating technical vendor and SaaS agreements; public sector proc a plus.
• Outstanding communicator; service-oriented, eager to learn, humble.
• Solution-oriented and client-friendly under tight deadlines.
• Executive presence to negotiate with vendors, outside counsel, and clients.
• 3-4 years at a top law firm or high-growth tech company.
• J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school; current bar in at least one state.
