Junior Legal Counsel - Disputes

📋 Description

• Support commercial disputes, litigation, mediation and settlements
• Draft legal advice, correspondence, litigation hold notices and counsel instructions
• Prepare chronologies, evidence summaries and risk assessments
• Coordinate disclosure, discovery and document preservation
• Support witness preparation and litigation management
• Manage deadlines, reporting, budgets and external counsel

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified solicitor (England & Wales), ideally NQ-2 PQE
• Training and/or experience at a specialist disputes/litigation firm
• Commercial litigation experience
• Excellent drafting, research and organisational skills
• Practical experience using AI for legal work
• Willingness to attend the London office approximately one day each week
