Support commercial disputes, litigation, mediation and settlements
Draft legal advice, correspondence, litigation hold notices and counsel instructions
Prepare chronologies, evidence summaries and risk assessments
Coordinate disclosure, discovery and document preservation
Support witness preparation and litigation management
Manage deadlines, reporting, budgets and external counsel

🎯 Requirements

Qualified solicitor (England & Wales), ideally NQ–2 PQE
Training and/or experience at a specialist disputes/litigation firm
Commercial litigation experience
Excellent drafting, research and organisational skills
Practical experience using AI for legal work
Willingness to attend the London office approximately one day each week
