Junior Legal Counsel

📋 Description

• Assist in managing pre-litigation disputes and formal litigation matters.
• Coordinate with external counsel; manage discovery, hold notices, case progress, and budgets.
• Conduct legal research and draft memos on user disputes, regulatory inquiries, and potential claims.
• Support internal processes to mitigate litigation risk.
• Draft, review, and negotiate vendor/supplier agreements, tech licenses, marketing/partner
• Support senior counsel in complex negotiations (banking, data, strategic partnerships).

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree and admitted to practice in the Philippines.
• 1-3 years post-qualification experience; crypto/fintech interest is a plus.
• Solid knowledge of contract and corporate law; litigation procedures.
• Exposure to financial regulations, cryptocurrency, blockchain, and data privacy laws.
• Tech-savvy with interest in technology and crypto; business-minded with risk-based advice.
• Proactive, agile, with strong communication and teamwork skills.
