🎯 Requirements

  • Quick learner with curiosity for understanding complex systems
  • Genuine passion for problem-solving and resilience
  • Analytical mindset with methodical, detail-oriented approach
  • Able to thrive under time constraints in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills to convey technical information clearly
  • Familiarity with SaaS support environments or complex data systems
  • Experience with Grafana (monitoring) or willingness to learn
  • Adaptability to shifting priorities and multiple concurrent issues
  • Team player, cross-functional with global teams
