📋 Description

• Support the customer journey from application to funding.
• Explain Knock products and programs to borrowers.
• Assist with meeting closing timelines and required docs.
• Manage disclosures and TRID within 24-48 hours of loan receipt.
• Help with condo documentation and approval requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service and remote support.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in mortgage operations/processing.
• Experience using Encompass, Blend, and Google Suite.
• Comfortable with fast-paced startup environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication; customer-focused.
• Detail-oriented with a process-driven mindset.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
